RETURN POLICY


We hope you’re happy with your order! But if you’d like to return something, we’re here to help. 
Below you’ll find a step-by-step guide to ensure your return goes smoothly.​

1. HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • Contact your Key Account Manager or sales@easyrack.be om je retour aan te melden. Zo kunnen we alles goed opvolgen.
  • Send them the completed return form, which you can download via the button below. 
    Returns without a filled-in return form will not be accepted.
  • Your Key Account Manager will verify your requested return and will inform you on the decision.
  • You are responsible for packaging and shipping the goods.

1. CONDITIONS

  • We only accept returns for stock items (Custom-cut parts, coated products or made-to-order items cannot be returned).
  • Returns must be submitted within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • The value of your returned goods can't exceed 5% of your total order amount.

2. REFUND

Once we have received your goods, it will be carefully processed. After approval, you will receive a credit note.

  • Unopened pallets: fully reimbursed, with approval of your Key Account Manager.
  • Unopened boxes: 5% deduction
  • Loose items: 15% deduction.
  • No refund for damaged items. Damaged goods will be kept for 5 days after we receive your return, giving you the option to collect them.

A minimum return fee of €50 applies.

3. PREPARING YOUR RETURN

Proper packaging prevents transport damage. A few helpful tips:

  • Use a sturdy cardboard box.
  • Wrap loose parts in bubble wrap or foam.
  • Fill empty space with padding or cardboard.
  • If originally delivered on a pallet, return on a pallet.
  • Secure the box with straps or stretch wrap.
  • Attach a label with your contact details and a copy of the return form.
