RETURN POLICY
1. CONDITIONS
Please request your return in advance via your sale srepresentative or by emailing sales@easyrack.be
Send them the completed return form, which you can download via the button below.
Returns without a filled-in return form will not be accepted.
- You are responsible for packaging and shipping the goods.
- We only accept returns for stock items (Custom-cut parts, coated products or made-to-order items cannot be returned).
- Returns must be submitted within 30 days of the invoice date.
2. REFUND
Once we have received your goods, it will be carefully processed. After approval, you will receive a credit note.
- Unopened pallets: full refund, subject to your sales representative's approval.
- Unopened boxes: 5% deduction
- Loose items: 15% deduction.
- No refund for damaged goods (unless agreed otherwise with your sales representative).
An administrative fee of € 50 applies to every return.
3. PREPARING YOUR RETURN
Proper packaging prevents transport damage. A few helpful tips:
- Use a sturdy cardboard box.
- Wrap loose parts in bubble wrap or foam.
- Fill empty space with padding or cardboard.
- If originally delivered on a pallet, return on a pallet.
- Secure the box with straps or stretch wrap.
- Attach a label with your contact details and a copy of the return form.
